Great car to zip around from place to place

This car met all my needs from highschool past college. Easy commuting car and very easy to maintain and keep well. Did not find many problems with the car and lasted very long for me and is still lasting after 140,000 miles!

Economical car very practical

Third owner of my Scion and still is very reliable! The exterior of the car is very nice for a car you can buy fairly cheap with a great engine. One of the best cars Toyota has produced.

Very reliable car

I love my tC. It?s been insanely reliable. The only thing I?ve had to replace was my clutch but the clutch went out around when they always go out and I learned how to drive a stick in this car leaving the dealership. It?s very easy to work on and the parts (aftermarket mods and OEM) are cheap. I would definitely recommend buying a tC.

Very reliable

I had a lot of fun in this car! Very responsive acceleration and braking system. Back seats are comfy and have plenty of head room. It was very good on gas.

Very reliable car and fun to drive.

Loved the car, but was disappointed with the "warranty enhancement" regarding use of oil between oil changes. Recommended intervals of 5000 is too low which resulted in excess use of oil. If you didn't watch carefully you could have ruined the engine. Toyota should have put a recall on the engine to prevent this condition Warranty enhancement was a cop-out.

Scion Tc, the most affordable and reliable coupe.

I currently own is a 2007 Scion TC. This car comes with most standard features but includes the optional 5 speed manual (which I own). I bought this vehicle with one previous owner with roughly 15K miles on it and bought it for 14.5k. I have been the only other owner (for about 10 years) of this vehicle besides other family members and I am strongly impressed with this car. I have only had to replace 3 factory parts on this car (the alternator, timing belt, and pully) and chose to replace the muffler with a Magnaflow muffler. There is approximately 120k miles on the Scion and still handles the same from day one. This car still has amazing acceleration if needed off the line for the type engine it has. The interior design is simple but has a great feel to it. I tend to drive roughly an hour to two hours a day on the highway nowadays and I always feel there is plenty of room and never get tired of sitting in the car.Since I have been putting a lot of highway miles, I have been reaching about 30 mpg with approximately 360 miles. I feel the look of the car is pretty standard for the 2 door coupe but has very interesting headlights and really makes the car pop a little more. I thought the price was great for the car at the time back in 2007. I would love the opportunity to talk more about the vehicle regardless of an award if need be or would like more detail.

Well-built, zippy hatchback

This is a great 3DR hatchback. The mileage is decent, but the quick response of the engine makes this car feel like a sport edition. The hatchback model is incredibly versatile for those looking for a small car that can haul larger items when needed. I drove this car for 11 years and never regretted it.

Great first car.

This car was a great first car. Very reliable and overall great car to drive. My biggest complaints have to be that this car has terrible pick up and the wheel shakes when I go over 75 on the highway. Other than that I'll always love this car and recommend it to anyone looking for a first car.
