Secret Service Ride

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Scion XD. Let me say that the little guy is superb. The only problem with the car is comfort. If you are 5 feet 11 inches. This is not the car for you. I assure you will get leg cramps immediately. I had chrome rims put on my scion, tinted the window, and place window shades on all of the windows. My wife loves it and calls it our little secret service card. Everyone I met they tell me that car is really cool. You know it gets outstanding gas mileage, 34 miles to the gallon and only cost me $27.00 to fill up and goes 350 miles. Can you believe that. In addition, on the open highway this little fellow can fly, smile. There is another draw back. The scion XD is not very good in the snow and slippery roads but then again most cars aren't. Anyway, we love this little car and would not give it up for anything.

Least liked car I have owned

After doing a lot of research and looking at many models and makes of car I purchased this scion. I thought it was a good fit for me. Upon driving it for the first few days I discovered it rides extremely rough and you feel every little bump in the road. It is a peppy car but needs a larger rear window. I will. To recommend this car to anyone and will trade it in as soon as I can.

Decent car / happy to own

Pros: - small size and easy to park - good-looking exterior - roomy for its size - good manual transmission / shifting - decent seat fabric - easy-to-read dashboard / center console - radio and audio system (Bluetooth, HD radio) - sliding rear seats add to cargo space Cons: - fairly numb driving experience while turning / accelerating - no manual "open trunk" button - front is hard to clean due to dimpled texture of dashboard (liquids accumulate atop it, slower to dry and swipe properly) - front cupholders are shallow / bottles topple out - occasional hiccups in Bluetooth / phone connectivity (not sure if phone, or car however...)

SO CUTE , SO AGILE

I FIND THIS CAR TO BE VERY STABLE ON THE ROAD HIGHWAY OR CITY STREET. WE ARE GETTING BETTER GAS MILEAGE THEN WHAT THEY ARE SAYING BEFORE WE BY IT. IT IS SO CUTE PEOPLE COME UP TO US AND ASK WHAT IS IT AND WHERE DID YOU GET IT. I FIND THE TWO FRONT SEATS TO HAVE A PERFECT DESIGN TO THE HUMAN BODY THAT HOLDS YOU STEADY IN A TURN. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS CARE.
