Had a 2011 I liked,the 2020, better in everyway
This 2020 Outback Touring XT is faster, quieter, has a better ride, has more room and has answered all my wishes for my previous top line 2011. The mirror adjustment is moved to the door, the additional tech safety features, the remote hatch operation, more merging power with the turbo, all were daily irritants , thank you Subaru.

Best car purchase I have made
I got the touring with the turbo engine and the upgraded leather package...it is a dream! Beautiful inside and out. Comfortable and sporty! I traded in my Grand Cherokee and this has the same amount to room- holds my golf clubs and cart with ease. Great fuel efficiency I drive around 400 miles a week. Plus this is our going to the mountains car! This is our 3rd Subaru (we have two Cross treks as well). Added bonus!! The subaru dealership is AMAZING! Laid back and helpful salespeople. And the service department is fantastic! We got extended service plan on all of our Subaru’s because the service department is so good I don’t even want to get my oil changed anywhere else. 5 star car 5 star dealership 5 star service

Best Car I Have Ever Owned
The Outback represents outstanding value for the price. It is roomy, has the latest in technology advancements, great mileage per gallon of gas, comfortable accommodations and ride, and is one of the best looking cars/SUV's available. It will rival some of the more expensive SUV's (e.g., Lexus, Infinity, Cadillac, Lincoln, Audi, Volvo, BMW, etc.) in all of the above areas and is better looking than all of them. The only disadvantage that some may notice is that it may feel slightly underpowered at 182 horse power with the standard engine. That can easily be addressed, however, with the available 260 horse power engine. In summary, this is the best, most safe, and beautiful car that I have ever driven.

Happy with our new car purchase!!
After much on-line research I was down to the Kia Sorento and the Subaru Outback. The deciding factor came down to value for the money and Subaru won. I am very pleased with the car and my decision.

MY 9TH OUTBACK AND OUR FAVORITE SO FAR
My family has driven Subarus for 38 years Every member of my family has had their lives saved in horrific accidents, not their fault, and no doubt the outcomes would have been fatal in any other car Safety aside, this 2020 Outback Touring XT is the best one yet, and we have loved the rest It rides better than any luxury car we have rented or been in The seats are so comfortable, and its quiet The 2.4 turbo is outstanding Effortless power, we feel like kids, if you step on it the nose raises and it launches at brisk rate. This car delivers a better package than our last Lexus GS AWD and our last Infiniity M45 When i say last I mean last, this includes Cadillac, Jaguar , Acura, and Lincoln All the last of each brand We are sticking with Subaru, We also feel our 2018 Crosstrek Limited is one of our favorites ever too!

Very disappointed
We got 2020 outback the 1st 2 weeks it came to Market! Major reason to purchase this (brand) was due to its SAFETY reputation since I drive 3 hours a day! Well, we’re extremely disappointed! Since then, we had these issues with it: In less than 2 months: 1- issues with weatherstrips of both front doors (one replaced but still has issues) 2- crack in windshield by smallest rock hitting during driving! (Never had such a problems with any of our cars- big default from previous subaru models from costumer reviews) 3- the whole system dysfunctioned right after passing over an animal carrion (Raccoon)! *** serious safety concerns during driving in highways due to:(Warnings/dysfunctional: ABS, Brakes, Eyesight, VDC (vehicle Dynamic Control), Stiff steering wheels, automatic headlight, Cruise control, the whole screen functions/options, etc!!) only after hitting a small object (carrion)- Safety was the ONLY reason we bought our outback, but now, Huge SAFETY Concerns!

The entire car grips the road!!! Fantastic so far
So far the vehicle has performed great! I love the all wheel drive all of the time. Minnesota winters can be terrible and this car has gone through it so far like it was made for it! Love it!

Excellent vehicle
This is our second Subaru purchase in 2 years. Several family members are own Subarus as well. We find them to be well designed, reliable, safe for MN winters and very much appreciate the everyone and their dog welcome philosophy exhibited in the corporate advertising.

Beware Numb steering
I own 2011 Subaru outback which drives and handles outstanding but just have enough power. Test drove 2020 outback XT and even though they offer now turbo option the steering feel is terrible and isolated from the road.
