Underwhelming, overpriced, but extremely fast
Owned this car for 10 days and returned it (carvana). Super powerful, cool-looking, but misses the mark for this price range. Extremely poor driver ergonomics, feels like it was designed by an software engineer. Too many frills, not practical. Acceleration aside, feels on par with a GLC 300. Great for Tesla shareholders - many people seem happy to overpay for this car. Tons of hype around it. Pros: + Fast. You can race a Ferrari. + Tons of frilly convenience features, like self-opening door, no power button, control certain features from your phone. + No need to take it to the mechanic for oil change, spark plug, etc (electric) + Excellent sound system, better than Mercedes/BMW. Has a real sub. + Roomy + Butterfly doors and batman wheel make you feel like you look cool in front of others, you can show off and make yourself feel better (great if you have emotional wounds that you're not ready to address) + Cruise control adjusts based on car in front of you Cons: – Drains battery SO fast. You must have a supercharger. I took the battery from 70% to 20% in 2 days over a weekend, drove about 120 miles. And it took 2 days to charge it. – I want to emphasize that it uses a LOT of energy. So the fuel savings may not be substantial, esp if you drive fast. You are lugging around 5500 lbs, the weight of an African rhinoceros. – Ride is not so smooth. The GLC 300 is much smoother. You can adjust the suspension stiffness but it doesn't help that much. – Tesla manufacturing is sloppy. Expect defects. I've talked to 5 Tesla owners and 3 found assembly issues. Mine had a misassembled windshield that make it sound like I'm on a plane on the freeway. Also had a gap near the back seat door, and totally misaligned door knobs. – Interior does not feel nice like a $100k car. It's "luxurious" like an entry level GLA 250 or BMW X1. For example, on a Mercedes, the driver's right index finger lands 1 cm from the volume knob. Meanwhile on a Tesla you have to take eyes away from the road and navigate 2-3 menus just to adjust the fan. – Most of the cool features are useless and feel gimmicky. Some are annoying and borderline dangerous. I find it horrible to have to use a screen for every single control. For example, you have to swipe to go forward/reverse. This would be great if the car was self-driving, but it's not. - You have to press buttons to signal. This drove me crazy, the buttons are tiny and so close apart, it takes skill to signal. You can't tell the buttons apart without looking and aiming.

my expercne of the model 2022 model x and why do i
the tesla model x is a ggreat ectric suv and it is way better than the bmw x6. the model x has a great and fair power. it for sure the most fastets suv in the world. it is for sure very nice shape and it also has a very nice interior. the interior might be the coolest thing ever. I also think the rpice could be the fine price. it could be worht since that it is a nice and has better technology. it also has better shape and better lights also. the lights also look cool and it they have a way better look that most cars. this cra is also fully elecitrc and also has great top speed. but it does not have thta much pick up. but the power is the only thing thta is strong.
