We love our Model Y!

We bought a Model Y performance back in 2020. It is by far our favorite car we have ever owned. We had a model S before this, but needed a little more room the family. We live in Southern California so we can make it all the way up to the snowy mountains and back in the winter time on a full battery. The car is very spacious and can take a full haul of stuff, the only possible complaint I can think of is that it gets a bit cramped with a baby car seat in the back. Wouldn’t want to own any other car!

BEST CAR EVER

I own a 2022 model Y performance. It has 26,000 miles. I have had zero service needed and the car performs better then a Lamborghini. The BEST car I’ve ever owned. I will never buy a non EV again.

Much improved over prior years!

I picked up a black Model Y 2023 in December 2022. I was notified by SMS from a Sales person at the center that my delivery was within days. When I arrived, they had music, free coffee and snacks. My Model Y was in the showroom and the Tesla app on my phone had already automatically connected to the car! I simply signed some finance papers and drove out of the showroom. It was great. The paint, body panels, seats, steering wheel and wheels were in perfect condition. This car is saving me $500 a month in gas and has so much space. The autopilot is great and I have not experienced any hard braking, it did slow down in some heavy rain to ensure it was safe which is comforting.

Almost deadly failure on highway

Worst car I’ve ever owned. Powered down on my on Garden State Parkway as I was going 70 in the left lane. When it did, it just locked up. I was so lucky there was a shoulder at the median. Life threatening situation with cars hard braking behind me. Aside from that, I have found Tesla way over hyped. The autopilot freaks out all the time and brakes. The car rattles like crazy. Just don’t touch this brand.

Best value for money!

So I got this Tesla Model Y for the fam, and honestly, it's pretty awesome. No more gas stations with the electric, and we can drive around 300 miles before we need to charge up, perfect for our trips and stuff. It's got lots of space, comfy seats, and tons of room for our stuff. The huge glass roof is cool for the kids, and the big touchscreen makes it easy to control everything in the car. Safety's a big deal for us, and this car's got it covered. The Autopilot and self-driving stuff is cool, and all the cameras and sensors keep us safe when we're out and about. So yeah, the Model Y is a sweet family car, comfy, roomy, and safe. If you're looking for an electric car for your family, give it a shot!

Great car, easy order process, no dealership games

I ordered this car on their website, which was pretty easy. I picked my options and paid for the $250 deposit. The next day a sales associate from the Tesla Center close to me called me to confirm my order. 2 weeks later I took delivery at the center. They were really nice, I was excited and the car was in perfect condition. They've really improved the build quality and the warranty is great. The car is saving me $4000 a year in gasoline and it hasn't had an issue since delivery.

Delivered with lot of defects

Rather upgrading the car, they down graded by removing the USS and there no forward collision warning or any camera or sensors. Same thing happened for Rear. Easily you could hit while parking or any other objects.

Amazing car, and wow the performance and software

This car is beyond amazing. I know a few Tesla owners with 120k miles and the only thing they changed was tires. No maintenance necessary. It's rated the #1 safest car in the world by US and European safety scores - it can literally fall off a cliff and a whole family will survive. It has the best autopilot for the highway, It has a seriously amazing 600 watt sound system with subwoofer, it has the ability to auto-summon and drive itself to you in parking lots, it has Netflix, Youtube, Disney and video games to watch and play on the beautiful 15-inch touchscreen. It has the best phone app, able to control the vehicle remotely and see its location, its supercharger network is by far the best in the world, its performance and 0-60 time is insane, its the only vehicle with voice commands, it has the most roomy interior, it has a 7-seater option, it's the only vehicle with sentry mode which records video around the vehicle to act as the ultimate security system, it alerts your phone when there is a break-in or the alarm is going off, you can change the climate, roll down the windows, activate dog mode, camp mode, let someone temporarily drive the car, all from the app. It also saves between $200-500 per month on gas, so in 10 years you could literally see savings of 50k, depending on how much you drive. It's also an American car company so we should all be very supportive of Tesla.
