Way ahead of its time and still is! Exceptional!

by Suprastar from Chicago on Thu Nov 19 2009

They definately gave the car the right name "supra," which means to go beyond and/or exceed! Almost divine in a sense. Must drive a properly modified one once in your life. An exhilirating experience to say the least! Truly spectacular!

kinda overated

by cj cooper from new york, new york on Mon Sep 15 2008

its a little bit overated, i tried to out run a camaro of the same year(1993) and it just got left in the dust. yes it looks good and handles great, but i think toyota could do better with the power.

Our Take on the 1993 Toyota Supra

Toyota's new Supra Turbo is a touring car with mortifying performance and the ability to take away everything. Your breath. Life's priorities. Maybe your state's permission to operate a motor vehicle.

Would that sales perform as strongly.

But if any car is marked for dubious times, it is the belated 1993 Supra, which this month enters a crowded market for high-performance Japanese coupes that are stumbling like never before.

Nissan started our high-technology habit with the 1990 300ZX and its optional twin turbochargers, four-wheel steering and penchant for crushing most things that tried sneaking alongside.
