2020 Toyota Tacoma consumer reviews

Had one years ago and sold it. Hated the day I did that. So glad to have gone back to Toyota Tacoma. It is a perfect vehicle for me. I highly recommend it in so very many ways!!

Considering it's a Toyota, and a Tacoma, I was believing that I would be buying a solid investment. However, 1 day after buying this used, it was already in the shop. 30,000 and needs a new alternator and serpentine belt. Let's hope that's the end of it for a while for unexpected problems.

Styling is great. Performance is good. Overall design and functionality no complaints but.... my bumper is not aligned from the factory, rear sensors malfunction and are current by not operational, the seat belt restraint latch rattles non stop, 2 of the doors rattle on the inside, the dash had a sharp edge where the rest is smooth..... and the most disappointing thing is that I reached out to Toyota to let them know there could be a quality issue with some of the trucks (just to be nice as a consumer) and they wouldn’t even take my feedback. Their quality control team said if they get time to look at the truck they will but don’t count on it. I’m not gonna lie, that was a huge turn off. And the truck MSRP’s for over $43,000. Branding and reality are very different with Toyota.

Plenty of cab room with a decent amount of space behind the front seat. I don't like the position of the seat belt fastener. My only complaint about the interior. A very comfortable ride while easy to drive.

Awesome truck. I love the styling and the pick up is great. Overall very pleased so far. Would definitely buy again. The technology is awesome too

I love my truck, It does everything that i need to do and more perfect ride for all the jobs I need to get done!

Excellent truck that meets all of my needs. This Tacoma is very roomy and comfortable, and it should last the next 70 years. Highly recommended.

This truck has everything I could ask for in a truck! Leather seats and all the bells and whistles. It also drives great! Love it.

Es cómodo pero si tiene fallas y dicen que no tiene nada si la bomba de gasolina tiene alta presión y que así fue diseñada eso no es normal

This truck meet my needs and enjoy driving the Truck on long trips. I will have this truck for awhile due to Toyotas last along time. .
