My truck
The tundra is a work horse in towing my camper, it does exactly what you want it to do!! I like the interior comfort and the roominess. Also it was equipped with the features that I value. I should have considered a Toyota Tundra sooner.

You won't be disappointed!!!
Recently purchased this vehicle and it was our 2nd one. We just sold a 2007, and 10 years later we are buying another one! Tons of room, smooth ride, tons of power and best of all....it looks tough! This is a must have.

More technology needed
Great truck. I love it but I think Toyota needs to improve some of the perks on their vehicles. For the price, I believe a lot more techy gadgets could have been added to the truck. (I.e. keyless entry) I had an older car 2013, and that one came with keyless entry and wasn?t even the top of the line model. Overall I love the truck but improvements could be made to keep up with this modern world.

Great Truck
Love this vehicle, it was the first time for me to test drive it and I liked it more than the Ford F-150 I was looking at getting.

My Dream Truck!
The truck was an very impressive ride. The ride was smooth and was easy to handle with good feedback on the steering wheel. The ride height was nice and high. That plus the safety equipment on the truck makes pretty easy for anyone to drive. The 5.7l v8 engine is an absolute beast but when driving casually it is actually quiet, refined. The interior is roomy especially in the crewmax. If I needed to add anything to this truck it be rear seat underside storage and a grab handle for the driver side. I test drove the Sr5 crewmax. This is my dream truck.

Everything you need, nothing you don't
I was in what I thought would be a terrible equity situation, needing to trade in a 3 month old 2017 4Runner for a Tundra for the increased towing. I expected to either be unable to do so or to take a bath on the devaluation. Long story short I was able to basically straight up swap the 4Runner for a brand new 2017 Tundra SR5 Crewmax TRD Off-Road. There are a few things I miss from my 4Runner and many things I prefer on the Crewmax. The Tundra has a very spacious interior. Typically even crew cab trucks feel cramped in the rear seat, but not so for the CrewMax Tundra. As a 6' 225LB man I am comfortable in the back seat with a measured 9 inches between my knees and the driver seat in front of me which is outstanding. The width of the rear seat is wide enough for three child car seats across easily (we have 3 so this was a factor.) The rear window rolls down completely which allows for wonderful ventilation and extends the usable length of the short bed if necessary. I have used this to carry 16' molding lengths and 2x lumber by running them to the dashboard, through the truck and into the bed. The 5.7L V8 has ample power for towing (9800 LBS) and the 4/7 pin connectors are not mounted far underneath the body like on the 4Runner (created a problem with the cable length on our camper.) I do wish the Tundra had the auto up/auto down for all the windows but that really is a want and not a need for me. The only other thing I miss from the 4runner was the in dash navigation but its cheaper to buy a $100 Garmin than pay $3k for a package that includes Nav. The gas mileage could be a touch better. The upgraded 38 Gallon tank is basically a necessity in this 13-17 mpg guzzler but I didn't buy a full size pickup for fuel economy. I'm currently averaging 16.7 mpg around town with a bakflip tonneau cover installed.

Great Truck
This new Tundra Limited is the best truck I have owned vs GM and Ford product. Much more solid and the ride is comfortable and stable. Has much more interior room than my Avalanche and has a greater capability for towing. One thing I do miss from the Avalanche is the side bed storage for road supplies.

I have owned 9 great Toyota vehicles; the best.
The best of two worlds. Mty crew max is a great SUV and a great truck. It is comfortable, handles very well and gets decent mileage for a high powered engine. The truck owns the road.
