Mixed feelings for this car

Owned this car two years and economic to drive,35 miles per gallon. However the oil consumption is one per twelve hundred. VW says it is not a problem until it is one to one thousand. So much for German engineers.

The Car is nice, the dealership was horrible

I love the car, just got taken advantage of by the dealership. Be careful with what they sell you inside of there. Check engine light already on, brakes were bad, front speaker is already cracking, need an oil change already, less than 1000 miles in. Scratches and dents across the driver side door and passenger door.

Engine failure after 60000 miles

The volks wagon Passat is the worse car I have ever owned. Shortly after I got it, I noticed a small boog during acceleration. It got progressively worse, with no check engine light, after having a shop reset computer 5 mins after they determined it was timing chain among other things. Got car at 49K have 70K miles on it factory refuse to correct.

My Great Choice - VW Passat

It's just me, so I downsized from a new Tiguan SUV lease to a straight purchase of a certified pre-owned Passat. Best choice I ever made! I travel back and forth from Florida and Kentucky. This car is great on the highway - performance, handling, and fuel economy (which has, quite frankly, amazed me). It's roomy inside (and I am a big guy) for me as the driver and has plenty of room for stuff, including the rear seat accessibility that greatly increases the trunk functionality. The certified pre-owned program from VW adds two (2) years of full warranty. Lastly, the HVAC system is efficient - something we really need in Florida.

AMAZING value for a used car

You can’t beat the price I am certified warranty on these TDI diesel’s. Averaging in the low 40s per gallon and has a ton of great creature comfort‘s. For the money, one of the best used cars you can buy in my opinion.

Good car

I think It is pretty good but it does not have a backup camera. But I like the performance and comfort and how the exterior looks.

Great choice for me!!!

This vehicle has great interior space, a lot of get-up-and-go for a turbo 4 cylinder engine, a grownup design and all round good fuel economy
