Excellent replacement for the VW Jetta we had

We replaced a 2006 VW Jetta which had 137,000 miles on it. That had very few problems over the years but we recently replaced the air conditioning compressor and associated parts. We liked it so much we traded for a 2014 Tiguan. We've only driven it 2000 miles since purchase but as a certified VW pre-owned with 30,000 miles it looked and drove absolutely new. Love the features, especially the GPS. Would definitely get it with plenty of options that make it seem like a luxury car at a fraction of the price. So far so good!

New Cars are fun!

The Tiguan is what I wanted, so far so good. I wanted it to have Sirius, Sun/moonroof, Navigation, AWD, and a backup camera. The backup camera on THIS version is not that great. For whatever reason VW chose to remove the red and green guidelines, and it only shows the yellow. Honestly, it's not great, but the rest of the car is fantastic!

Handles well, and has a very smooth ride.

Very happy with my choice. It's cute, it's not too big or too small, rides great, love the giant moon roof.

Great luxury for the price!

I have been incredibly happy with its performance under the hood as well as in the vehicle. Drives great and is amazingly comfortable inside.

Good Car for the Money

For the price point, the 2014 Tiguan is a good choice if you are looking for an AWD vehicle that's comfortable and has some sporty-ness to it. The SE model without navigation comes nicely equipped and has enough leg room in the rear seats to accommodate a 6'2", 290 lbs. high school football player. The one downside, the turbo, which gives you that sporty feel, does takeaway from the MPG's, but it's worth it. Overall, it's been a good vehicle.

Nice small car- but simple features

I purchased the Tiguan because I wanted to downsize. The car was around $30,000 brand new. The 4 motion is amazing but my biggest complaint is the car does not have the normal "standards' like automatic headlights. Car has very simple features but yet not a simple, inexpensive price.

Gotta great deal!

Paid less than $17,000 for a used 2014 VW Tiguan SE 4motion in excellent condition with certi. pre-owned warranty. Would not have paid $35,000 for the same vehicle new though.
