I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. 10/29/25 Shortly after arriving at my campsite in Inverness FL I experienced with the fuel injector in my 2022 Silverado 2500HD/4 W Drive Truck. I located the Love Chevrolet dealership and brought my Truck in ASAP. The Service Dept was welcoming and arranged for my Truck to be looked at ASAP. The SVC Mgr arranged for transportation at no charge back to my hunting campsite. My Truck was ready first thing in the AM on 10/31.
