My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

I wanted a certain color of the Kia K5 and John got it for me the next day! He was amazing to work with. Also in the finance department Ty was amazing to work with also!!

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

With only 74,000 miles in the odometer I can say nothing has ever broken in my RDX. It’s super reliable. Oil changes as cheap at the dealership and the car never complaints. Strong V6 that doesn’t have to deal with the long term reliability issues if the boosted turbos of today. No oil consumption problems. No leaks. No noises. The car still looks and feels like it came out of the lot. Will keep it until I can no longer drive.

I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional.
