Superstition Springs LexusReviews
Superstition Springs Lexus review
I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Lexus of Palm BeachReviews
Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.

Lexus of Cerritos review
We met with Sergio, our Lexus pro who thoroughly led us through the process of the vehicle we chose and introducing us to the dealership and the staff. He went out of his way to find the make, model, and color we wanted. He made the whole purchasing process easy and with Jennie, in purchasing, made easy work in driving off with our new car

Lexus of ClearwaterReviews
Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.

My sales rep Ryan Burton was very patient since he had been working with me since June. I had been an Infiniti owner for the last three decades. Ryan sold me on the TX. Everyone in this dealership was great to work with. Enjoyed the GM Newton.

Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City review
Wonderful experience. Each staff member in every department was pleasant to deal with. Navid was really good in showing us and selling us the car. Steve had all his figures together. Brandon was very helpful in helping us finalize the paperwork. The car is really great - we’re still learning to get used to some of the new features but we’re both very happy with it.
