A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Driver pleasant , quick to pick up and drop off. Service fast and efficient. Dealership unable to wash my car, but gave me a coupon for wash at location close by..

Brand-new chassis. TLX drives with precision and performance. Acura took it to a whole new level. Suspension is outstanding and the steering is quick. Engineers did a great job this time around.

Best and easiest car buying experience. They held the vehicle for nearly a week so I could drive 2 hrs to pick it up, and he really went the extra mile checking everything to make sure it was ready for the long trip home. Highly recommend this team. Thanks again!

I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

This is the first experience of buying a new vehicle that there were no games. MJ was my salesman and was unbelievable…I told him what I wanted to make the deal and he and the dealership delivered! I’ll be back for sure.

Good styling and comfort still early to have a full review but i dont care as long as i like the car interiors and styling im ok:)

Cody in service was excellent along with all the staff. Brought in truck from another dealer that lied to me from very beginning. Thankfully I had warranty to cover all costs. Essentially I have a new truck with all needed repairs.. to repair cost near 6 thousand dollars

Had to get my Crosstrek towed after a breakdown. Everyone was super nice, from the lady who took my information to the service rep to the tech who got the loaner car ready for me. I was sent a video showing the problem, given a breakdown of costs, and given a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Everything was smooth and efficient, and it didn't even cost as much as I was afraid it would.

Jason helped me get in a new car in a timely manner made sure I understood everything throughout the whole process, treated me like his family and even took the extra mile to make sure not only was I able to get a car but keep payments and everything in my price range! Wonderful person and would definitely go back!

Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. I did a lot of research for a new 2026 CR-V hybrid and visited a few dealerships before seeing Bob O at Gerald Honda of Countryside. Bob didn't pressure me in any way to get a new car. He showed me the Sport-L and the Touring editions and didn't try to sway me to one or the other. He just asked what I liked about either and put together a price comparison for both trims. Their price was much better than the other 3 Honda dealers I was negotiating with. Bob was very easy to deal with and he was a pleasure to do business with. Rich in the finance office was easy to work with as well and no pressure, but very good at explaining the options. Their lifetime drivetrain warranty was an added bonus.

MJ was very nice and keep good communication. He Sent information on trucks that I was interested in. Even though I didn't purchase a truck though him. I would give him a call to see if he has what your looking for.
