I had visited my dealership in Laurel on May 25th and May 27th for a major tire replacement issue and my Service Advisor, Gage had cared for my needs in an excellent manner. On May 29, I returned for an issue involving my family's security; My spouse's car had been broken into and purse stolen. She had papers and a key to my Acura SUV. My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

Please with the car buying process at Radley - Jereis and Nick were great throughout the process, will certainly do business with them again! That said, I am not pleased that it has taken almost 3 weeks to pay my trade off. Previous similar situations have taken 3 to 4 days at other dealerships. Other than that, I highly recommend Radley. Go see Jereis for a pleasant car buying experience!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Really like the staff, and the manager. Especially SooAh was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and walk me through every step with all the details my car needed. I greatly appreciate their honestly about why the Audio and Connectivity wasn’t working and it has to do with one of the service they’ve instituted after purchased.and I will recommend them to friends and family and I will always trust them with the service for many more years to come. Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

The car is very well made with a lot of features. Acura did not cheapen up with this car. I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend this car. I have had 2 other Acuras before and they are highly reliable.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. We also had the pleasure of working with Shahbaz Butt in the finance department. It was a very efficient process. We highly recommend Pohanka Acura and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Needed to get a replacement key fob for a company car with a fleet management service. Mohammad completed all the paperwork and obtained the approval from the fleet manager. He did a great job.

Just traded my 2017 mdx tech for a 2023. All the improvements across the board are great. I love this car. I’m a huge Acura fan. This is my 5th Acura, 2nd mdx. Every Acura I owned has been purchased new, since 2004. I have yet to have an issue with any vehicle I have owned. I keep up on my maintenace and thats it. I usually get a new one every 5-6 years or once my odometer rolls over 120k, just so I can get a decent trade in allowance. Prior to getting my 2023 MDX, I looked at the BMW X5 for almost 20k more (not worth it) and the Audi Q7. Both are very nice looking cars and drive great. However I also own a 2011 audi a5 coupe as a weekend crusier and at 70k miles the motor blew due to excessive oil consumption. The European imports look and drive great. But the reliabilty is for xxxx. I’ve known other people who have owned them and had similar issues. Over engineered fancy looking junk. Acura is right on par with all the Euro imports as far as fancy options, performance, looks and comfort is concerned. But when it comes to reliabilty Acura blows them all away. If you are reading this and are considering a new MDX, or any Acura product, research how many older Acura’s are still on the road or for sale with a lot miles. Then compare those to older BMW’s Audi’s or Range Rovers. All those brands are at least 20% $ more for an entry level when new. Then a few years later you will see them advertised for at least 20% less then Acura’s. A repair bill for a BMW (Break My Wallet) or Audi can easily de-value the entire car. So unless money is if zero concern. Go with the MDX. It looks and drives great, and you will have long term reliability.

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Four months into the driving and configuring my wife's new MDX… So far so good! Excellent finish and interior quality. The car feels solid and is very quiet inside. No rattles, no squeaks, the only abnormal sound I can hear is the jingling of the metal ring on the key fob laying in the door top pocket. Driving mode is easy to switch using large knob in the center console, no need to stop and drill into the menu options like on new Lexus RX. Sport mode eliminates any feelings of insufficient engine power (at expense of the gas mileage, that's for sure), no jerking transmission then either. With about 4000 miles on it, transmission feels silky smooth. The sound system is excellent! The infotainment system is fine - no finger smudges on the screen. BTW, the screen panel quality is way better than the one on new Lexus RX. High contrast, deep black, and no way to get sun glare anywhere near. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto – all work like a charm. Default Acura's navigation is actually not that far behind, giving the choice of seamlessly switching between at least 3 navigation systems at any time during the driving (Acura's, Apple/Google Maps, or Waze in my very modest setup). Engine stop/start is annoying, but there is a way to control it with the brake pedal pressure – light pressure prevents engine from shutting down. Not sure what those rich folks with $60k+ cars are complaining about gas mileage. It's not a city commuter's car. I'm seeing 27-28 mpg cruising on the highway. It doesn't require premium fuel, that's additional 20% fuel economy for you. Driver assist features are all good and very usable. I only don't get why would ACC (adaptive cruise control) need to be that sensitive and require periodic "proof of presence", literally makes me shake the steering wheel a bit every several minutes. I hope Acura will relax this "rule" with the future software update, …please.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.
