We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. On the Service side, Service Techs, Sharon and Matt have always been very professional, friendly and helpful regarding the servicing of my vehicles. They clearly explain the work to be performed, the time it will take to complete the work and the cost of the service. They provide recommendations upkeep and future needs of the vehicle. Soon, I will be scheduling service for another one of my Volvos. On the Sales side, Manager Chris has always represented Ferman well and I feel I have always been treated fairly and look forward to working with the sales team on the purchase of my next Volvo.

Took my 2015 SL400 in to correct a faulty trouble signal. Vehicle was taken right in and was promptly hooked up with a loaner. The issue was resolved by the end of the day and I picked it up next day. It all went smoothly.
