Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. In fact, the dealership I ended up purchasing my car from was home grown in Brooklyn, at Hyundai City located at 9013 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. The sales Associate Joe Petrillo and sales Manager Scott Shannon were just great. All my questions and concerns were answered. Joe and Scott made the entire process a pleasure and actually a fun experience!. More importantly their commitment to satisfying me was amazing. Nick in after sales and everyone involved were very accommodating and helpful. Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Great experience with B&B Auto. The owners were very communicative throughout the process. Once at the dealership and checking out other cars they gave me all the time I needed, never felt pressured and were very transparent about the car itself and what to expect (I bought a '99 Mercedes so the mechanic talked me through some of the issues that might arise). Great experience overall.

I love my 2012 ACURA RDX but I wrecked by hitting a truck in the back. My car has not stayed the same. I had to buy a new compressor & for fixing it. Nothing works in my car no heater, can’t charge my phone in my car, my gas gauge doesn’t work. I have been to ACURA but all they fixed was the compressor! I am kind of upset! I loved my car and recently just starting shutting off by itself and scared to drive it on the freeway. My gosh they are expensive to fix! I wish mine was working the way it was.

I want to thank Mr. Thomas in the service department for always giving me excellent service. My vehicle stop in the middle of traffic after my sister was driving it, I called Mr. Thomas and he set me up for service. I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery. Mr. Thomas and service department made sure my check in and service went smoothly. Thank you again for excellent customer service.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

The check is comprehensive and the staff explain me with details about the inspection result for my decision for maintenance. Efficient maintenance and good facilities.

I've had this car for maybe 15 years. I'm the second owner. When I got it it needed axles and it ran kinda rough. Took a while to figure out the engine was hurt. The kid that had it drove it from Ventura County, to San Bernardino during one of the hottest times of the year. Well it over heated and he drove it back to Ventura instead of letting cool. I was able to get another Type S engine. Since then the car has 249k miles on it. It has a little wear on the leather, and some dings, but the paint looks great. I like my cars stock, and haven't even changed the radio. I love this car, and I hope to get a lot more miles out of it with the help of a great mechanic and TLC. Yeah, it is quick! I agree with the other revue that the dash vents could have been better thought out.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I purchased my MDX 2008 Tech new and have enjoyed it from first day to present! I currently have 200,000 miles and it still runs like new and really looks outstanding! Sometime after January 2023, will pass it to my Grandson to take with him to Virginia Tech, starting his Freshman Class September 2023! I’m sure that it will hold up nicely during his 4 years there! Best dependable vehicle! ❤️ Looking @ BMW X5 but disappointed with dependability reviews so plan to stay with MDX Aspect/Advance 2023!

This is one of those vehicles that could pass for brand new even though it is 11 years old. Although unimpressive acceleration performance, it is super comfortable to drive. I think the ride could be a little smoother as you seem to feel a lot of bumps. The reliability is second to none. A super value of a purchase.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I bought my 2013 ACURA TL Special Edition new with 25 miles (I test drove it with 5 miles). I have taken care of that baby since day one. It's been garaged; well-maintained (oil changes; tires replaced; battery replaced). Just turned 77,000 miles today! I am selling mine only because I need an SUV. I wish I could keep it as my second car.

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.
