I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

We have owned our new vehicle for about 3mo now--We previously had been Ford owners, and were disappointed with the numerous Ford recalls, so we thought to try Toyota, after doing research on vehicle reviews, warranties, etc. Majed, our sales rep, assisted us in a test drive-we drove a used Rav 4, and fell in love with its smooth ride, and easy turn radius. We decided to purchase a new Rav 4, and the process was so easy, and we are extremely happy with our new vehicle! For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

I can't say enough about this place. I drive past it every day on my way home from work. I have been looking around for a new car for a while and after looking at their website, I decided to go in and look at the car I had picked. Hugo and Matt were very accommodating and friendly. Luca went above and beyond for me to get this car. When I first looked up the car online I knew this was going to be my car and I quickly made a downpayment for them to hold it for me for 3 weeks. No other dealerships would of done that for but this one has a great customer service. I had a fair credit rate and Luca made sure I get approved for a loan with a different lender since I couldn’t get approved for the bigger lenders. As an customers I was very pleased with that. This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.
