An Absolutely Flawless Car-Buying Experience! I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Nissan Ariya, and I can honestly say the team at Lorenzo Nissan has earned a customer for life. Emmanuel, Hassan and his finance team, as well as John from Parts made the entire experience insanely smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable — none of the usual car-dealership nonsense or pressure tactics, just real professionalism, kindness, and respect.! Emmanuel was phenomenal from start to finish. He was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed and understood every step. He even personally connected me with John in Parts so I could purchase a NACS adapter. John was equally impressive — extremely helpful, kind, polite, and genuinely invested in making sure I left with exactly what I needed. The finance guy (wish I caught his name!) was also excellent — efficient, transparent, and remarkably easy to work with. I’m honestly shocked — in the best way — at how seamless and comfortable this entire process was. This is exactly how purchasing a vehicle should be. But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Edwin Nieves our salesman buying a traded in Lexus. Long story short I called JLR Fort Lauderdale up after a failed purchase at another dealership where they sold the car before I arrived. Edwin picked up the phone at 4 pm and got me the credit application within 5 minutes. Drew even came in on Sunday his day off to complete the transaction with me. They are open on Sundays. The whole purchasing experience was top notch and absolutely speaks to the standard of JLR Fort Lauderdale and how they train their staff. They even detailed the car for us on Sunday before we took it for a final test drive, then sent us home with a full tank of gas. Just like any other place you buy cars try not to buy any of the extended warranties and junk they try to sell you on in the finance office like wheel protection, engine protection on a brand-new car or a car still under factory warranty. I will definitely consider buying here if I need a Land Rover.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. We had a great purchase experience, thanks to exceptional service from our sales representative, Tommy Lane, who was able to find us the vehicle with the colors and features we wanted and get it to their dealership from another dealership the same day. He also took almost an hour after his shift was supposed to end to go over all the vehicle features before we went home with the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. Edward Brown also did a great job during the sales paperwork process of fully explaining every document and walked us through the various financing and warranty options without pressuring us into any specific route.
