Of all the Aston Martin DB series cars, this is the least expensive to purchase and, per Hagerty's weekly review, is likely to appreciate. Amazingly, it looks just like all the Astons that superceed it. The car can't be beaten for looks, reliability, comfort, the sheer thrill of the ride and, last but by no means least, the looks of envy you get from all you overtake. Please remember, the low, low mileage, previous celebrity ownership and having just been inspected and serviced by the local Aston martin dealership.

This car was a real head turner. It went to many car shows and because of its limited production it always had a lot of interest. A joy to drive, 12 cylinders of pure acceleration, but it drove just as beautifully at cruise speeds as it did on the highway. I will continue to enjoy this car as an Aston fan for life.

Here is a review of my start to finish process of buying a car from Gateway Classic Cars, Ft. Lauderdale: ----- 1. The sales people who you work with are not on site. They're working remote so they don't have eyes on the car. ---- So, 2. You'll want to be connected with someone on site who can start and drive the car, provide a walkaround video, pictures of whatever you want and give their input. I worked with Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location for my purchase and he was outstanding with helping me to know the car before making an offer. He is the reason that this is a 5 star review. -------- 3. Hauling: They'll get you a quote for hauling the vehicle. I chose Nexus Transport myself to use. They were a bit cheaper and top rated by Forbes. That went just fine. --------- 4. These cars are all on consignment. So, I feel that you have to be a little more careful because you have another party who may not have disclosed things to Gateway. Best practice is to get a pre-buy done from someone like Lemon Squad. That being said, I was so comfortable with my deal, took the risk and waived the pre-buy. And in my case, the Prowler is a mint gem and I have no concerns after receiving it. Also, there is a common thought then you buy a car like this, you should budget 10% or so of the price for maintenance right after you get the car because stuff always comes up, otherwise, don't buy a used car. --------5. Since they're on consignment, they have commissions they charge the seller. As a buyer, I don't care if I see a commissions line on the purchase agreement. As long as my out the door number was what I offered, that's fine. --------6. I wired money to them and within a few hours, I had all the fully executed paperwork back in my hands. Title took about 3 weeks to receive by UPS. And the folder had everything I needed to register the car in my state. Wow! Thank you Barbara! ------ 7. So here is what breeds loyalty. Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location made sure the car was completely ready to be picked up including accessories that were bubble wrapped. The car was supposed to be picked up at Noon on Saturday, plenty of time before they closed at 5pm. He stayed until the truck arrived...very late....AT 1:30am Sunday morning!!!! (Otherwise, it would have sat until Tuesday). I cannot believe he did that for me. I received my car loading video at 2am. That's unbelievable service that deserves more than 5 stars. ------- Summary: I'd have zero issues with buying from Gateway again....they just operate in a different dealership style than what I'm used to, which is just fine.

This car is hand built in British with full leather wrap interior. Racing Green is the signature color of an Aston Martin. Compared to the other supercars, Aston Martin does not have a very aggressive look. Perfect for someone who enjoys low profile life style with combination of luxury, comfortable and performance.

Is an amazing car! ts 6.0L 420 horsepower V12 really kicks butt! But economy is horrible at just 11 mpg in the city and 17 on the highway, on premium fuel. Fillups are really expensive, especially considering today's gas prices, much more expenisive then they were back in 2003. Ouch. But this car is extremely agile around corners, with perfect steering, lots of grip, and wonderful shifting from the 5 speed automatic manual trans! The exterior styling is super sexy and beautiful! Interior is lavish, with loads of comfortable leather and wood, and seemless built quality! The best car Ihave ever driven is this DB7! Really wish they didn't discontinue them after 2003.
