I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Working with Audi Dallas was great! We are from a neighboring state and had to travel to the dealer to pick up our car. They worked with us over the phone before we made the trip, and took great care of us while we were there. Overall, they were very hospitable, upfront, and informative. Adrian took great care of me and my car. He kept me updated on the progress of getting the diagnosis as to what was wrong. Herbert our sales rep was excellent. He was genuine in helping us from the initial phone call through the entire process. Also Ravi who helped us with final paperwork was very good to work with. A negative was the relentless pressure from the finance team in buying extras that weren?t needed. Overall a good experience due to Herbert!
