Timely response to bottom line, out the door price pricing on a vehicle we were shopping. While they responded as requested, the pricing at another dealer was quite a bit better and got the sale.

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future. Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

Troy and Carlton did a great job of making this a seamless experience from test drive to purchase. I was able to work through all of the paperwork, confirmation of insurance, financing, and out the door in less than 2 hours. Job Well Done Team Audin Plano!

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

I bought my brand new A3 a few weeks ago. I am the first owner in our area to own the new 2022 A3. I can tell you I love this car. It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage. My first tank was 40 mpg. I love the small size and luxury quality about this car. It drives so smooth and it’s quick when you need to be. I always drive it sport mode and paddle shift myself. By having it in sport mode and paddle shift the transmission responds quicker. I have the premium with Quattro and zero to 60 time is 6.3 seconds. It’s not a sports car that’s the S3 job, but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.

I have a great experience story during my car buying experience at Ford Country Las Vegas. I was in the process of doing all the paperwork to buy a new car. I sat at table in the showroom along a the dealership process the paperwork. I has some tip cash in my pocket. I had some free time so I got up to use the mens room. When I returned to the table I noticed a $50.00 in the table. I am 78 years old and assumed I had left on the table by mistake. I thought nothing of it. As few minutes after I got back Ford Country employe approached me and told me he found a 50.00 dollar bill on the floor by my seat and assumed it belonged to whoever had been siting there and put it back on the table. His name was Frank Mooradian Sale Manager. I thanked him for his honesty and integrity. Good people are hard to find. Men of honor are hard to find. If Frank Mooradian is the Sales Manager I have to think he demands the same honesty and integrity for all his sales force. I recommend for Ford County.
