I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. They were both very professional and guided me through everything, BUT they were also kind, caring, and concerned with my husband and that makes them the best!!! Thank you so much Antonio and Lee! Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. The salesman was very professional and helped with all my questions and concerns. The van came in silver same as my previous one and the technology was a big step up. Jose Rivera was my salesman and he very helpful through the whole process and was not high pressure at all. He gave me all the information and let me make my decision on the van. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes

My appointment on today was once again a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Although a few technical issues existed with the computer systems on today, we must keep in mind the fact that sometimes technology will have its hiccups, and as customers that is beyond our control, but for Chris Marrero, despite the inconveniences such hiccups may have caused, he continued to push through with a smile on his face as he assisted me by continuing to provide great customer service. In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service. Yes, I will be returning soon to have the compressor placed on my car as I look forward to Chis Marrero assisting me with my car needs. Continue to shine Chris and THANK you!!

The car is the size I want but lacks navigation and other features that are in most 2019 autos. Tiny glove department and storage space.

This dealership is the best one I’ve been too in all the 35 years for which I have been buying cars. Both Michael Thompson and Mohsen Toosi helped us reach our final decision and they covered tag and title cost. In other words, they processed our title transfer and license plate with no doc fees. Again, let me repeat, there were no documentation fee’s. This transaction was cheaper and less painful than buying from a private party. If you need a vehicle this is where I would go. I will be back when we upgrade our Mercedes Bluetec which we fondly call our “Memphis cruiser”. Backstory: Our son lives in Memphis and so we drive back and forth monthly or as often as he tolerates. 😊

We traded in a 3 series BMW and currently own a Porsche 911S and Lexus RX350 so we know a little about build quality. Our head turning A3 Cabriolet has the 2.0 engine with quattro, S trim, special yellow paint, factory carbon fiber ascents and the build quality is the best of any of our high end cars. Power to weight is VERY sporty / quick / smooth. Handling is so good it is almost scary how fast you can take corners. Gas mileage is 30 mpg. Zero problems after 4 years, no rattles, loose trim and it drives and handles like the day we bought it - excellent.
