Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

First time using Ira for my Highlander?s oil change and basic service inspection. Overall the experience was 5 stars?everyone was friendly, the service was fast, they even gave me a military discount. The waiting area was super clean and I enjoyed a free coffee while waiting. You can?t ask for much more that?great experience all around!

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the AutoMax in Framingham. We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

Brought my car in for service and I have to say the service team is amazing, especially Terrell. Check-in process was easy and smooth; Terrell guided me through what service I needed, and I received text updates during the day as well as notification when the car was ready. Cannot recommend the team at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood enough !

I bought my brand new A3 a few weeks ago. I am the first owner in our area to own the new 2022 A3. I can tell you I love this car. It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage. My first tank was 40 mpg. I love the small size and luxury quality about this car. It drives so smooth and it’s quick when you need to be. I always drive it sport mode and paddle shift myself. By having it in sport mode and paddle shift the transmission responds quicker. I have the premium with Quattro and zero to 60 time is 6.3 seconds. It’s not a sports car that’s the S3 job, but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.

Nice clean facility services were very good. Service man was knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed . Repaired in a short amount of time . D

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

In terms of options and luxury, the Germans thought of EVERYTHING! I can't say enough great things about the vehicle. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Shopped around for an Audi as I used to be a Volkswagon driver(Jetta 1 2 and 3)like the exterior Audi look and ended up falling in love the moment I bought it..have had a minor glitch with seatbelts sensor but other then that this car has been a dream..

My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes

I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.

I have been an Audi guy since the 90's with at least one VAG vehicle in the driveway at anytime. Current mix mine-24'AR6, twin1-18'Q3, twin2- 17'Q3 and the beast, my wife's 15'Q7 so I am full aware of the 4 rings. The service writer at Westwood.....Mikylah....amazing. I drive to work with her even with 3 dealers closer, that should tell you right away. the dealer I bought the car from a little 3 ring circus vibe. plain and simple Westwood Audi is worth the trip.

Routine inspection done. State inspection done. Problem investigated, no problem found. Car cleaned. All done as promised. Service writer cordial and kept me informed. Completion delayed one day by other priorities, not a problem.

Replaced 4 new tires for Q7. Great service! I wanted to keep one of the old tires. It was wrapped well with a plastic bag and placed in the car.
