The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes

Where do I begin?! This being my first time every purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet ��). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! ���� Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

My experience overall is a 4 because our salesman dismissed my concern about the sunroof not working. I had been there quite a bit waiting to hear about the final price etc but as I was taking out things from my trade in, I told Shsms several times I didn’t like sunroofs in general and it acts like an overhead heater during our hot days and it didn’t work. He assured me it would eventually close. I felt like Shams was eager for me to leave and felt rushed. I think he was trying to make up for the rather long time it took to buy the car. He is new, very polite with high energy and I think over time his customers will really like him. I like him and would buy again because he listened to me when I brought the car back . The sunroof needs a new part to operate correctly. I suggested that he slow down and really listen to customer questions and comments and to not rush them when they are checking out last details before leaving.

It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I bought my brand new A3 a few weeks ago. I am the first owner in our area to own the new 2022 A3. I can tell you I love this car. It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage. My first tank was 40 mpg. I love the small size and luxury quality about this car. It drives so smooth and it’s quick when you need to be. I always drive it sport mode and paddle shift myself. By having it in sport mode and paddle shift the transmission responds quicker. I have the premium with Quattro and zero to 60 time is 6.3 seconds. It’s not a sports car that’s the S3 job, but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.
