Great locally owned dealership with an amazingly transparent buying experience. Grew up in the area and have only heard and experienced good customer service from sales and service both.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Took us around the lot explaining details about each car i was interested in when we found the car we liked he was really good at explaining everything about the features! I've only owned it for a week, but I am quite smitten so far! Drives like nothing I've ever had before! Very responsive but smooth as silk.Hybrid, so 70+ miles/gallon, and all the bells and whistles. Can't speak to reliability, but buying it 3 years used makes for an awesome value.

I was looking for a 2016 e-golf with fast charger. Not a lot of dealers had any left. I found one 2 hours away at another dealership. They started the negotiations high and wouldn't budge much. We didn't make the deal. Then I e-mail Santa Cruz VW and told them to send me there best offer. A really cool car. Extremely zippy and smooth on the electric motor. This was never designed to have much range on electric only (we got about 20 miles each charge), but most days we would just be on battery and it's an absolute blast to drive in electric mode. The gas engine is fine - no complaints - but once we experienced driving electric on this thing it was always a bummer to feel the gas kick in :). The interface and console is very good for a 2017 model. No software glitches of note. Trunk space pretty good for a car of this size. I consider the car very elegant and handsome. Favorite car we've ever owned (both my wife and I feel that way).

Had a great experience with Tony and Beau. We communicated via text message per my request because it made things easier to go over with my husband, and because I have children being loud all around me. They gave me a lot for my trade in, and Tony assured me he would not drop that price once I made it to their shop. I live about 3 hours away, and that assurance was nice. Everything was smooth sailing, and I did not feel like I got any kind of run around or car salesman duping. It was cut and dry and a pleasure to work with honest men.
