The second service advisor that I had on my car repair took me in and worked hard to get my car repaired. She was very personable, professional, patient and caring. Kara is the person who gets things done.

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.

I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

They were very helpful and nice at the same time not only the price was fair but, they even gave me a discount as well. They seemed to be more interested in keeping customer satisfied than making more money. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a used car. Gholam MD.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

Great 4 door sedan. Handles perfect in ALL conditions. Hauls 4 very comfortably. Great safety and reliability. Service and support at the dealership is excellent but expensive. Test drive an Audi a-4, you won’t regret it.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. From the scary fly-by-night warehouse dealers in Chantilly to a dealer in Alexandria selling a car that had obviously been in an accident as a 0 accident vehicle. Eddie and the team at 1st Choice Auto were a breath of fresh air. It's a small team, not competing with each other, with a solid lot of inventory, and a focus on helping their customers find a vehicle. They engaged us in dialogue to understand what we were looking for, recommended a couple vehicles on the lot, then took us out to see their entire inventory. We found a great Toyota Rav-4 with some bumper damage. Eddie got the rear left bumper fixed and painted! Price was fair and process was well oiled. I will come here first to purchase my next used vehicle.

It has plenty of leg room front and back and great interior and exterior. It has new tires, battery, breaks and rotors. Good driving experience and best price.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. Put it in comfort mode it is like a luxury cruiser, put it in sport it turns into a beast. Even with enthusiastic driving the gas milage is good.
