Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back,fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. I got a flat tire Sunday night. I called the service center and the automated system was able to get me in the next morning. They had my tires in stock and my dealer sold warranty covered the tire replacements that I needed. Got it all done in a couple hours.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. I've been a customer since 2004. Every department I have dealt with has been beyond wonderful. My life in the car I currently and previously have owned. I trust the brand and especially the service department. They know their product and how to correctly maintain their cars. Being in transportation for over 40 years, I need to know my car is safe enough to drive on the road, not only for myself,but for those I share the road with. Audi gives me that peace of mind.

Jeff handled my car's service. He could not have been more helpful. He was straightforward, told me what services could be put off until later, and there was never any pressure. The primary issue that required repair involved the interface between my phone and car, an issue that had persisted more months, despite frequent attempts to have the issue fixed. Jeff did EVERYTHING to finally make sure the issue was resolved, calling me about my phone model, asking about software updates, and requesting the relevant information to make sure that the car was serviced to my full satisfaction. The interface is fixed and I could not be happier.
