After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! My experience was great overall! Jae provided excellent customer service?he was pleasant, kept me updated, and even offered me a ride since there were no loaner cars available. The only downside is this location never has loaner cars or complimentary snacks for customers waiting hours. For the prices we pay, it would be nice to have small refreshments like other dealerships do?
