We called the dealership and asked about a specific vehicle. We explained that we couldn’t make it to a Boston for a while. I found a vehicle online that the store showed in inventory. I made an appointment and took a 2 hour ride to se the car. I was assisted by Mike, my salesperson. Although the car was as described and nicely presented, I decided it was not the right model for me. Mike did a great job finding out what will work for me and will contact me when the right vehicle is available. Bottom line, I'd make the 2 hour drive again. Thanks, Brian

I have been an Audi guy since the 90's with at least one VAG vehicle in the driveway at anytime. Current mix mine-24'AR6, twin1-18'Q3, twin2- 17'Q3 and the beast, my wife's 15'Q7 so I am full aware of the 4 rings. The service writer at Westwood.....Mikylah....amazing. I drive to work with her even with 3 dealers closer, that should tell you right away. the dealer I bought the car from a little 3 ring circus vibe. plain and simple Westwood Audi is worth the trip.

I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.
