My family was in need of new vehicle with an expanding family on the way, and she and I first spoke extensively over the phone about the inventory and the car that we were interested in purchasing. These calls were after having done extensive online research to find the best possible combination of price and quality. After multiple phone calls, I then drove on a Sunday to the dealership - hours away - and Cat greeted me at the door as it opened. I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.

I bought a 2018 991.2 Carrera S in Guards Red from them. The car had been in a slight accident with damage to the right front fender. They showed me the before and after repair pictures and the car fax indicating the damage. Car has only 9k miles, looks, rides and sounds great. I saved over 18k compared to similar elsewhere. Michael initially showed me the car and Emily seamlessly closed the deal. Turned out to be a great experience and deal for me.
