I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. We would highly recommend Westboro Toyota for great buying and service experience.

The whole team is the reason I go back to Audi Shrewsbury with my RS7. They are always very friendly and keep me in the loop on everything being done step by step! On my recent visit David and the master tech made sure my new winter tires were in the best alignment possible for tires I bought from a 3rd party. I was very grateful to have a loaner for a few days so I could still get to work without any inconvenience.

I had an awesome car buying experience at Audi Nashua with Matt labrecque. Through the whole experience I felt like I was the number one priority. Matt was always there if I had any questions and really wanted to sell me a car that I would enjoy. I never felt like pressured into buying something I didn't want. The recon department also did an amazing job detailing the car. The interior, exterior, and engine bay looked great. The finance department also gave me a lot of usual information like how I can refinance my loan and get a lower interest rate. Overall I had an awesome Audi experience and I love my new to me s4!

I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.
