This was my first experience with Ray Catena and a high line vehicle purchase. I was a little nervous, as I usually am with big purchases, but Alex was great. Even though my husband works in the car business, Alex took the time to go over every aspect of my car, as well as all of the paperwork. He followed up with me a few days after my purchase to see if I had any questions or if he could do anything else for me. The team at Audi Bridgewater really knows how to treat a customer. I decided to wait for my S5, and their lounge is actually comfortable, so the time went by fast. My service advisor, Edward, was on top of it the whole time—he kept me in the know so I never had to wonder what was going on. It’s clear they took great care of my car, and the work was top-notch. It's hard to find a service department you genuinely trust, but this is it.
