I did not actually drive the vehicle i was right there but they sent carfax before i got there and saw it used to be a rental in Florida and not what i wanted. I loved that they did that before so i didn't waste my time even though i really wanted to drive it. I let them know i wasn't interested because of that and they were super understanding about it and said they would keep me informed if something else came in.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. I designed what I wanted on the Audi website and it connected me with McKenna, my nearby dealership we've been going to for maintenance on my old Audi A3 convertible since 2015. We lost our car to an accident in May and it was time to replace it. Benjamin M. was the first to reply to order with an email that they had my car on the floor. I was skeptical since I had customized everything online, and I was right to be because when I got there it was slightly different. The year was a 2019 not a 2020, and the color was black, not blue. Ben explained that it could take 4-6 months (or longer with COVID delays) to get the 2020 model in, and I knew by that time that the 2021's would be in. However, everything else I wanted was an exact match to my specs, including the tires, interior choices and luxury package. My family agreed that we all liked the blue, but this black was super classy and would be a nice change. Ben was able to knock off nearly $6k from what I was expecting to pay thanks to a promo they were running. I paid $10k down and I was credit cleared in about 5 minutes. In no-time, I was in Nicole's office choosing warranty options and wrapping up paperwork. Nicole was a machine, whipping through the pile of documents they required, and was super knowledgeable and transparent about the warranty options. I felt like I picked the best options based on my limited miles I drive and doing the math on repairs and maintenance from my last car (I'll definitely be saving some money over time). Within an hour I was out the door in my new Audi A5 Quattro convertible, top down and getting smiles and looks from other drivers. Ben was also able to hook up some swag from the store, including a key chain and hat. I also purchased a jacket and thermos to show my love for the brand. I LOVE my car, paid less than I expected to, and had an incredible experience at McKenna Audi!

Mission Mitsubishi has always made us feel valued. It's been almost 14 years since we first stepped into the lobby and left with our first car purchase, a Galant. Since then, we've had the pleasure of driving an Otlander Sport, a Lancer, an Outlander, and most recently, an Eclipse Cross. The car was great, trying to decide if I want a suv or sedan, I love there car and the dealer was super, and HONEST. Dropped my wallet in the car, was 2 hours away when I realized it, called my salesman Emanuel Caballero, asked him to go look. He UPS overnighted my wallet to me. His knowledge of the car was good and he was very professional, his car is still in the running of 3 I am looking at. A big thank you to this salesman and his dealership.
