Great service. Received a loaner and no charge for the service. My car was washed.

Nate worked me in immediately and had broken brake light repaired within 15 minutes and only charged for the bulb costs. I had gone to AutoZone to fix it myself, but AutoZone wouldn't touch it since panels had to be removed. Was very pleased with their courtesy and getting the brake light repaired on short notice. I work nights, and they went out of their way to bring the car for a test drive, the paperwork and the car to me. My experience was unusual in that the check engine light came on as they were bringing the car for the test drive. They did send it to the Kia dealership for repairs as the car was still under warranty from Kia. The only problem that I had was that nobody kept me informed as to what was going on with the car. While I understand that it was Kia that was the problem, somebody could have picked up the phone and kept me in the loop. That all being said, this is a good dealership to work with and I would probably purchase from them again.

We had an amazing experience at Gossett Audi from the minute I walked in and was greeted by Will George. I was not sure which vehicle that I wanted but Will took a lot of time with me and was very patient while I was deciding. Obviously the car was very important to me but the customer service that I received was also. Will did a great job explaining the vehicle and by delivering the car!The Audi team , Chip Pleasant, Bink Hare, Jordan Norton, and Will George exceeded my expectations! Love my A6!

Great buying experience with Kerry and Jordan Purchased car from Chicago, flew to Memphis, drove it home. Would recommend Gossett to anyone looking for a new or used Audi.

I had my car towed last night after hitting a pothole and popping my tire. Called Audi Memphis and talked with Tracy this morning. Tracy indicated service was very busy but he would do the best he could to get me the same tire for my car. Tracy scrambled and got a tire that would normally take until the following Tuesday. He also made sure a recall was fixed on my car. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my car back same day after a last minute drop off.

Had a positive experience with the company. They were very helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying anything, setup several test drives and I decided to purchase an Audi Q7.
