I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

My service man, was and has always been awesome and attentive everytime I come to service my car or address something that may be wrong. He is great and a very valuable person to have for your company. It's so nice to know that I can trust his input and advise. Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

I bought a 2009 750i from Niello in Jun 2015. The sale was as smooth and quick, thanks to expert salesman Paul Chamorro and the Finance officer, Po San. After the sale, some things came up that needed attention -- a vibration, a headlight problems, a couple other things that were on the due bill, and a couple of things I asked them to investigate. Ryan Meeker, my service rep took very good care of me and worked with the service dept. to bring the car into excellent condition, with minimum expense to me. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! I couldn't be happier with the attention I've received from Niello. My thanks to everyone.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Not only a very good little SUV but it's just what I need at this time. I love the engine/transmission and road-holding. The ride is sporty with plenty of feedback from the road. The trunk is a bit on the small side but with the rear seatbacks down it's OK for my needs. I also love the combination exterior/interior - Florentine silver/chestnut leather - I think i am the only car like this in my hometown.

What a pleasant Surprise! I looked at several cars on this lot and was pleased to see how well they were set up. Clean and mechanically sound (I didn't see the usual oil leak stains, etc). The salesman took his time and helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs. In the office you can see these people love cars, and want to make the experience easy and straightforward. A nice family runs this lot. I am very happy with the car and the time spent there. Give them a try, you will like it.

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Christopher provided excellent customer service, completed the requested services earlier than anticipated, he answered all of my questions and the service techs kept my car clean.

Perfection ...no need to say more. This little SUV has the styling, juice and value that I wanted. My other car is a Bentley GTC Continental. I’m glad these two cars are made by the same folks...and it shows
