My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Morong in Falmouth, ME and this experience was even better than the first. Miah, our sales consultant, was so easy and fun to work with. Andy, the used car sales manager, was wonderful and so great to chat with about the vehicles that we were considering. We had many questions about the mechanical and electronic systems of the SUVs, and we were very concerned about reliability. Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future. Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Fast and easy to do business. The salesperson was had called before we got the dealership to make sure that the vehicle was ready for us the view and drive. The vehicle was waiting out front with our name on it. The sales manager met with us to talk over the price and trade in of my vehicle. he came back in a very short time after looking over my vehicle. He explained the pricing and it was in the range that i thought was fair. They explained the septs needed to complete the sale. Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

Great. Has a GPS and rear view camera. Love the handling and safety features. Drove Volvo's since 1972 and finally “upgraded” after I saw what awful changes were made to Volvo by the buyer in America. May go back when I see how they develop EV!

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Routine maintenance was a very pleasant experience. Comfortable and clean waiting area, attentive and professional service staff. Service consultant kept me informed at all times.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.
