My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Courteous service rep. was immediately available. Close estimate of service time. Waiting area clean and contained TVs and a variety of items to sip or snack on.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I think it’s equally as important to let people know when you have excellent service I bought a Mercedes C 300 from Bob today and it was absolutely a seamless transaction.... When it came time to sell my vehicle, not only was Shawn the first person to reach out to me but was also the only one willing to come to me - which was a HUGE help! We were moving out of state and were hoping to sell in less than 2 days. He made the process simple, was a great communicator, and we negotiated a fair deal. On top of all that, he just a really nice guy! I always look for a win-win in doing business and Shawn made that possible. I ended up needing to get a duplicate title since the original was misplaced. He was patient and even drove an extra hour out of his way to come grab the title from me the next day because he knew I was swamped with the move!! He really went above and beyond. 2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Jack was excellent at fixing our chip in our windshield. He was fast but very efficient he had great customer service skills

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

Great looking vehicles and a large lot with a lot of options. Worked with Leon and we couldn’t be happier. Made a good deal on a great car and it felt like he really went to bat for us as the buyer. I highly recommend asking for Leon when you walk through the door.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Drives easy, Smooth ride. Love the sun roof! I feel 20 years younger when driving the Audi. Has many many features. I haven't learned all it can do yet but I will.

I love it. Smooth ride, great on gas. Just enough space for me. If you’re looking for a family car I would suggest q5 and up. For me it’s the perfect amount of room and so quiet. Only thing it’s missing is auto start

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!
