You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. Besides the fact that every other dealership in town is charging OVER msrp, yet they were able to work with me for an incredibly fair price. Rob in sales was incredible, knowledgeable, patient and kind, and it shows that he really cares about the customers and wants them to be in something that they love. I was not an easy customer, being all over the place unsure what I wanted, yet Rob patiently worked with me and got me into something beyond my wildest dreams. There's a very good reason that he receives multiple awards for top Salesman from Audi year after year. His passion for helping people and understanding their needs truly shows. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how excellent the rest of the team is as well. From the floor managers Furkan and Minas (hope I spelled those right), to Anthony in finance, and all the other sales people, they were all so friendly and helpful and just made buying a car there such a joy. This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.
