Great customer service from both Mohammad Alfakhoury and Ahmed Naarallah who made the process of selling my car so very easy. The entire transaction was completed the same day, and they went out of their way to come pick up the car, deliver the documents for signature, and bring me a check. Both were knowledgeable, explained the process clearly and were very pleasant to work with. Customer service at this level is rare, and these gentlemen went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with their work. He keeps me informed throughout the process, explaining what's happening and what to expect next. He even called on his day off to check on my car's progress and make sure everything was moving along smoothly. When a part was delayed, he helped me arrange a loan car. It's rare to find someone so consistently professional, kind and attentive. His great attitude and commitment make the whole experience stress-free.
