I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

Had an excellent experience buying my new Q7 Prestige. Called to see if a vehicle was available, salesman said it was not but just got a new one in. I was working with the VW division of Larsen, who contacted me with a recently available ID.4. He put me in touch with AJ at the Audi division where the car had been turned in by a previous driver. Both salesmen were pleasant, professional, and collaborated in helping me find a time to visit, test drive and ultimately purchase a 2023 ID.4. The process was smooth, and though all transactions take time, I was able to drive away with the "new" vehicle. AJ helped me set up the electronic interface with my phone, and activate my VW app to customize the experience. We even activated 3 year free charging that had not been used by the previous owner. The price was reasonable, I turned in my old car, and drove away. All the staff were very approachable, and efficient. The Audi dealership clearly caters to a higher end car market, above my price point, but I would recommend the dealership to anyone interested in such cars.

The whole team is the reason I go back to Audi Shrewsbury with my RS7. They are always very friendly and keep me in the loop on everything being done step by step! On my recent visit David and the master tech made sure my new winter tires were in the best alignment possible for tires I bought from a 3rd party. I was very grateful to have a loaner for a few days so I could still get to work without any inconvenience.
