Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future. I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

When I experienced a blowout on the highway, my service advisor, Ethan, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, even while he was away from the dealership. Michael, another service advisor, assisted me when I brought my car into the service department. He is always so polite and professional. Michael stepped in and made sure I didn't miss a beat, because I was en route to take my daughter to the ER. My car was scheduled for service on Monday. When it was completed, I received a notification with an excellent video and report that provided the rundown of the repairs and service. Ethan turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and I am deeply grateful. This level of care and service speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.
