I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. Overall this contact with Audi Fort Myers went well. I called after receiving a letter regarding a recall. I was able to get an appointment the next day and reserved a loaner vehicle since my car could not be promised for return on the day I dropped it off. The process of drop off and obtaining the loaner vehicle went smoothly and they were able to complete the service on the same day. I never experienced the issue(s) described by the recall, which was resolved by a software upgrade, so assuming the was done and quality of repair was good. I did have a small issue with a charge for the loaner vehicle, but I contacted the Service Rep and he worked with the Service Department Manager to resolve the issue quickly.

Purchased my second vehicle with dealership and Mike Howard in sales and the finance team make the process easy. Treat you like family. The service department also make you at feel at ease and will keep you coming back as a return customer.

Found the car I wanted to buy in the hands of Audi Hunt Valley. I messaged them right away and they got back to me immediately. Melvin guided me through the process over email and a few calls while I prepared to visit and test drive the used BMW 430i XDrive Gran Coupe. He went above and beyond to work with me and we made a deal that was a win-win for them and I. Not all cars are equally clean or shiny. Some were clearly prepped longer than others. But the plus is nothing is hidden. You see the car and immediately know if it works for you.

We’ve purchased several vehicles over the years and Larry and his colleagues made our most recent purchase one of the most seamless. From start to finish Larry was helpful, but not pushy. He helped to coordinate our inspection (remote purchase), and even delivered the car directly to our home several hours away with a full tank of glass, and it was spotless! Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

Mirage 2021. For city driving it’s great. Very economical, compact, easy to park. No major repairs in a year. The suspension is a bit stiff, but you get used to it.
