I just had a great experience with a car salesman by the name of Jimmy Bartlett. He was very relaxed and helpful in all the ways needed, where buying a car is usually stressful for most. Jimmy was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with any questions I had. He answered them with ease, and gave me room to navigate through many different car options while guiding me towards what fit me best.

Samuel was very friendly amenable, at no time I felt I was being inordinately pressured. He was very clear when answering questions about what different things were and made the whole process much less stressful than I had anticipated. On a sidenote, the coffee machine there is top-notch.

Very comfy in Auto mode. Sufficiently fleet when in sport mode. B&O stereo will make your ears bleed (in a good way), if you crank the volume. I've owned/driven Audis, Alfa Quads, Z06 Vettes, Porsches, R8s and I believe this car is more comfortable when you want it to be + faster than those vehicles when you want to hoon it + all wheel drive for year round fun. And, it is gloriously anonymous to those not in the know.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.

We’ve been Audi S8(2) RS6, A8L owners over the years. The 2020 S8 is by far the ultimate on performance and technology. The workmanship is without a doubt come a long way from our other Audi’s. The paint work, Interior, Carbon Fiber is far superior to our Italian and other German friends at VW. Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

He is an asset to the service department and knowledgeable. He is one of the reasons we will return. The timely manner we also had all the service done was quick and not unreasonable for the things we needed to have done to our car.

An amazingly refined automobile. From 22 point massage seats to the Bang and Olufsen sound system. Just amazing. All outside noise is kept from the passengers with double walked shatter proof glass. The 520 Hp Twin Turbo V8 puts you into supercar territory. In a 1/4 mile, this car will eat almost any older American car in bone stock fashion. Most other of every model as well. If you want to have fun go on YouTube and do a search for Audi S8 eats super cars. It even handily does away with its wicked little brother, the R8. Of course, the driver makes the difference too. Ridiculously powerful for a four-door family sedan, but it has the handling to go with it. A well-balanced car.

This amazing car is everything I was looking for. The interior is typical Audi in its understated but timeless class. I prefer this interior over those of other premium brands. It just feels special. I have the black alcantara headliner which goes nicely with the black interior. The updated styling for 2015 for me has really completed the look of this beast of a car. The performance is unreal. The car truly does drive smaller than its size. The road feel and steering are excellent. And, the acceleration is sports car fun. I test drove a 2014 911 4s not long ago. The S8 throws you back in your seat more. How many cars can fit a family of five, give you a massage and do 0 - 60 in 3.7 seconds? Hats off to Audi. I won't be car shopping again for a long time.

Love the power ride quiet and comfort…it drives itself in traffic jams and is like a rocket on the highway. Interior comfort with massage seats and fit and finish was incredible.

Had a positive experience with the company. They were very helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying anything, setup several test drives and I decided to purchase an Audi Q7.

I worked with Alan parsons and bough a used Audi Q5. The process went so smoothly. Alan was not pushy at all.
