What is the point of reserving a time slot when I don?t get seen until 25 minutes past my reserved time? Luckily I was not in a time crunch, but had it been during the week, I would have been late for work or gone over my allotted break time. They are not efficient/timely with the check in process.

Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.
