I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. I purposely waited a couple of months before writing this review because I wanted to see what kind of follow up Rainbow did and I wanted to go through the first service of the truck with their service department. I purchased the Sierra 1500 truck with the small diesel engine in April. It has been a fantastic truck so far and I am getting over 30 mpg on the Causeway. First, it was a pleasure dealing with the salesperson, Rocky Comeaux. She was not pushy, she listened and she answered questions. There were two questions that she did not know the answer to - and instead of making up a response, she asked someone in her department. Having been in sales at one time for 8 years, this was refreshing that a salesperson did not try to "look good" in front of the customer and not look like she did not know what she was doing and made sure my questions were answered correctly. Rocky has followed up with me several times since the purchase to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Second, I traded in a 2004 Dodge Ram truck with over 360,000 miles with the original motor and transmission. I take care of my vehicles, and longevity of the truck was important to me. As such, the long term warranty options were of interest. Rainbow explained them, and they treated me fair on my trade in. Third, paying for the vehicle was easy and picking it up was seamless. Fourth, I recently brought the truck in for the first oil change and service. The service department was booked for over a week but getting the appointment was easy on the app and I picked up the truck later that day at my convenience. The only hiccup on the service was that the DEF was not refilled. When I brought this to the service department's attention, they immediately apologized and filled it up asap. The service department was very easy to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them as we have a 2013 GMC Suburban still going strong.

I purchased a 2019 RS3 from Audi Albuquerque from CJ. I worked with several other Audi dealerships. About 6. Only one other dealership (Ft Worth) was as professional and flexible. With that being said, since I bought the car from ABQ, I can only speak on what happened during the sale from them. My trade in was VERY fair. They didnt even TRY to screw me over. It was reasonable and fair. Would I have liked a tad more on my trade? Of course, but the price flexibility they gave me on the new car more than made up for it. They were within approx $500 of everyone else on my trade anyway. Can't complain there! There were zero games. No tricks. No frills. No surprises, and I had to drive 4 hours from El Paso to get there. How many dealerships would have pulled the okie doke on you after driving all that way, knowing that you dont wanna turn around over $1000 or something? Happens all the time. They weren't pushy either. I didnt buy any upgraded warranty, audi care, gap, anything from them (or get my loan through them, which is another area they really try to push for obvious reasons) and do you think they pushed me? No. Do you think they treated me any less? No. They treated me all the same, despite making less money. Which is obviously important to them. They earned a customer for life. Is not taking care of your customers more important than making a few extra dollars? Not to everyone. But with them, it was obvious and apparent that customer satisfaction, fairness, and straightforwardness is important. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

Fast and easy to do business. The salesperson was had called before we got the dealership to make sure that the vehicle was ready for us the view and drive. The vehicle was waiting out front with our name on it. The sales manager met with us to talk over the price and trade in of my vehicle. he came back in a very short time after looking over my vehicle. He explained the pricing and it was in the range that i thought was fair. They explained the septs needed to complete the sale. I would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle.
