The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

We have purchased 4 Mercedes-Benz and absolutely love the sales team (Tony!) and the service team (Jody, Cathi, Sam). I've been to other dealers and service places, and Zimbrick European is light years better! You never have to worry or second guess what they are saying. They also keep you super informed on how you car is doing with super detailed reports. I love the text communication and payment options-makes picking car up so convenient. We had an older car with high miles that developed issues, and they helped us out going above and beyond to minimize the stress...and eventually taking that one on trade for a new one! We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

The employees at the dealership have done a great job taking care of us. We came from out-of-state, and the process there was very smooth and efficient.

They seem like a reputable dealership, nice sales people, but, I couldn't get a definite answer why they could not offer the exact price on the car that you had it offered for. It was about $1200 more than your online ad.

This thing is a rocket ship, super comfortable and incredibly fast. I highly recommend it. The 2.5 5 Cylinder is such a unique sound, better than any V6 on the market.

Marko Baxter was an amazing resource in helping us purchase our 2020 sprinter van. We are located in California and placed a lot of trust in the dealership, considering we bought the van site unseen. He was extremely responsive and assured us of the process. Julie Budwig expedited the paperwork and helped with getting finances arranged. The shipping company Marko recommended got the van to us in under two days. When the van arrived we were very pleased. There were a couple minor issues that needed repair and both Marko and Aaron Pfeifer in the service department worked with us and our dealership in California. We are so pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process this was and how professional and trustworthy the people at Zimbrick are. Makes us want to move to Wisconsin (or at least visit)!
