I could not believe that I was able to get my deal done for my brand new 2017 Corolla. Shelby Marie Motyka and Cheryl King made it happen and created a buying situation that was all good for me and my wife. I was very very happy as was my wife with how easy and great the process went. Went in with our white Corolla and drove out with our new Barcelona Red Corolla.

Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! He's not "just another car salesman" .. he's honest and helpful and gives great customer service!

I had a great experience with Christian Miller helping me find my RAV4. He had so much patience working with me. I was not sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but I knew the features I wanted. I live in a coastal town south of LA and my etron is like a luxurious golf cart I can drive all electric most days. When i have the occasional longer drive the etron works for that and still gets about 42mpg. I am average 85mpg across both driving types. Interior quality is excellent and very comfortable. High quality fit and finish. It's a beautiful little machine you can buy for 25K with low mileage in like new condition as of 2021. Seems like a good deal. I am concerned about battery degradation, but there is a 10 year warranty on electric components including the battery. Despite the small size, you can still fit a large santa cruz mountain bike in the back with the front wheel removed.

Amazing experience at Kia of Cape Coral. We had been to two other Kia dealerships before we found Mark Lima at Kia of Cape Coral.He was very fair and when I spoke with him over the phone and made an agreement on price, he was the first to actually honor the price exactly when we got to the dealership. Typically we were given an agreed price and then once we got to the other dealership, the price went up with tons of fees added. This did not happen with Mark at Kia of Cape Coral. He was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. He made the car buying process a positive experience for us. I highly recommend him if you are in this area and in the market to buy a car. He will do his best to make sure you are treated well throughout the process. This was my daughter’s first new car and it took a little longer through the financing process but he stayed past his normal hours to make sure it was all completed before he left us. Thank you so much Mark! You have earned our business on any future car purchase. I had to share this experience because I know this isn’t the normal experience at most car dealerships. Mark was an exception to the experiences we have had in the past.

Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.

I bought my 2014 Tacoma with 514 miles on it. I just passed 173,000 miles, on my third set of tires, second battery, and we recently moved to the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. I have always monitored and maintained my truck via Andrew (now Umansky) Toyota in Glendale, Wisconsin. I needed a new battery, TPMS reset, new front pads rotors, oil change and a couple other things. I easily scheduled my appointment, POC was Jafet Garcia, and the maintenance team of technicians did the rest. I dropped off my truck around 8 am and had it back and ready to roll before 1 pm. My only recommendation is this: Umansky technicians would send me videos of my truck and the parts of the vehicle they were going to be working on PRIOR to beginning any work. so very happy i stopped into coconut point honda a few weeks ago after getting discouraged from two other dealerships because of their overpricing due to low inventory... that's when i met justin yonkers, a very professional and knowledgeable young salesman..he didn't have inventory at that time to show me, however he knew that a shipment was due in about a month.. last week i got the call that my car was in and it was well worth waiting for... my experience with the whole friendly staff will be remembered by referring justin to all my friends and family... thank you

Very efficient , check in and car wash was seamless. Also felt the Road Side Asst. service was excellent. The dealer ship is one I would recommend.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I have always been greeted with a pleasant atmosphere. Good buying experience, professional employees, great service and attentive to the customer needs. I would recommend this dealership.
