I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at, I called the dealership and was lucky enough to get Kevin Poeling to answer my call. He answered a few of the questions I had and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was purchasing the vehicle for my daughter and we were greeted enthusiastically and made to feel comfortable right away. After our test drive we knew we wanted the car and Kevin and his team worked with us to get a good deal. It was a very simple process and we had an agreement probably within 30 minutes. Worked with Zane - sales person. Great interpersonal skills. Seasoned Audi sales history. He knew their product, process and didnt try to upsell. I was having the car shipped to a different location and he oversaw the process. Great follow up with the shipper to have difficulty of drivers. Would look for him again if purchasing another Audi in the future.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I have always had a great experience at Audi in Ft Myers. The service department has always been so good about servicing my Audi and always returning my calls. I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. Good service Replaced the water pump as it was a vac leak. Warranty covered most of the expense I do not anticipate the mandatory 25 word demand

My car was dropped off for service and oil change. Communication was good with a video and texts showing me what was done. Everything was done in a courteous manner.

Perry was excellent and so was the manger that helped they both have good knowledge and personalities. Good shopping experience would highly recommend although it did take awhile
