We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Easy and straight forward deal. Very nice customer service. They also had a large inventory of cars , made it easy to compare.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Very easy process. I worked with Steve Garcia and he was great! I showed up at the dealership 3 maybe 4 times and he was very patient and never pushed me into anything. I purchased a 23 Bronco when I finished doing my research and love it!

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I took my 2019 Mini in for service and left with a BEAUTIFUL 2025 Emerald Green mini. I adore these cars! They are so wonderful on the highway, and in the city. She looks fast just sitting still. The new features have everything my heart has desired! Sirrus radio, GPS, ApplePlay, I can listen to my audio books! Best of all, there is a level piece that fits over the back, so there is no more dipping. When the seats are flat, it's so easy to load up all my stuff when I go on road trips. My Yorkie loves the smooth ride, and it's nice and quiet! She falls asleep!! My Sales guy, Christopher, was a gem - didn't push or insist on anything just left me to stew over which one I wanted. While I hated to say goodbye to Alyce (my 2019 Mini) I was so ready to say hello to Emerald - my new one. That green is just spectacular. Most of all - EVERYONE at Mini of North Scottsdale is amazing. Seriously!! They are all very helpful and friendly from the mechanic experts that have worked on my car, to the managers, the check in person, and the sales people (I've been many times and wasn't buying but they were still so friendly). I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.
